Warranty Terms & Refunds
We guarantee 100% reliable digital subscriptions. To protect everyone's rights, we have set a transparent warranty and refund policy based on actual elapsed usage duration.
Violation of Terms
Any account that violates the provider's terms of use (e.g. Netflix or Spotify) and gets suspended as a result is not covered by the warranty and will not be compensated.
Private Accounts
Private accounts are dedicated to one user. If shared with a friend or logged into multiple devices simultaneously, the warranty will be void immediately.
Creation & Replacement Methods
Some accounts are created using alternative methods that may stop at any time. In this case, the warranty replacement will account for the duration already consumed.
Refund Formula
If a replacement account cannot be provided, a partial refund is issued based on remaining days: (Account Price / Total Days) * Remaining Days.
